What Does a Fractal Look Like?

What Does a Fractal Look Like? And What Does It Have to Do with the Stock Market? By Elliott Wave International Although Ralph N. Elliott came to his conclusions 50 years before the new science of fractals blossomed, he took a step that current observers of natural processes have yet to take. He explained not only that the progress of the market was fractal in nature but discovered and described the component patterns. Find out more about the stock market and fractals in this excerpt. 2 slightly different counts

Wednesday, September 9, 2009

At this point I show 2 alternatives for the count. This is because SPX and DAX are diverging from Nasdaq and Dow. On November 3rd Nasdaq and Dow had make a low, while Nasdaq and Dow don't. My favorite count puts SPX on the highs before correcting.
Best short term strategy at this point, may be wait for the the end of the retrace ( wave b or 2) and then enter long.

Best to your trading

Some thoughts we share about the euro currency. After this yellow "c" wave we are going down! Who starts first? SPX P3 or euro? Lets wait and see.

P.S. I hope to continue improving the blog with your support, so if you like it, you can be a part of this community as a follower (see the picture below) and/or click on "it" you know what's "it":))).

SPX intraday update (Part 3)

Another (alternative) count with extended wave v as i told in last post.

SPX intraday update (Part 2)

This wave extended a little more than expected and i change the count at short term.

P.S1. Alternative count: SPX is inside wave iii of v, doing extend wave v.

SPX intraday update (Part 1)

5 waves (almost) finished.

DAX intraday update (Part 2)

Close to finished this pattern.

NAS100 1 hour count

I think that is in progress a final abc that could lead us to to top of P2.

Some important trend lines on long/mid term Nasdaq

I think at this point we could easily say that P2 is not over yet. And trend lines seem to confirm that although saying that we are reaching the limits of this up move. I leave a few charts of the Nasdaq showing the strenght of those lines.
Best to your trading PH

DAX intraday update (Part 1)

Update with few comments.

SPX and DAX daily update

My last update is still underway so new charts only tomorrow. Good night to all with sweet dreams.
